The Razer Vespula is a Hard-top over a soft mouse- pad. It offers both comfort and effectiveness.
It has a non-slip, anti-reflective, abrasion-resistant hard coat. Relatively old but still does the job pretty well.
A cool feature which is rather unique to the Razer Vespula is the fact that it has 2 sides to it. A CONTROL surface and a SPEED surface, this combining two surfaces on 1 product. It also features Enhanced Tracking Surfaces. Strangely, this mouse-mat comes with a very comfortable wrist-rest which can be annoying sometimes, but it is easily removed. It is a great starting gaming product, designed to attract beginner and hardcore gamers.

- Relative to its age, the price for it is decent and can be bought on Ebay / Amazon.
