Rantopad H1X Large
In March of 2015 year, the domestic game mouse pad leading brand of "Rantopad" launched a new H1X fabric mouse pad, the revolutionary H1X brings a great progress of the fabric texture, is no longer the horizontal and vertical lines structure simulation, but similar resin matte texture,the horizontal and vertical direction of resistance is very uniform, slightly more than silk series, improve the handle feeling stability in the process of using. Especially in the fast-moving emergency stop and precise positioning is greatly beyond the traditional horizontal and vertical lines cloth,and greatly enhanced compatibility on the laser mouse.
Many Gamers feel that the most important peripherals that gives them a sense of "professionality" is the mouse. Although being true to certain extent, the mousepad also has its features which attribute the the mouse features. To review the Rantopad H1X Large Model, I must compare it with one of the most well renowned and used mousepad which is that of Razer, the Goliathus. As I own both mousepads I can quickly point out some differences.
They are both cloth-based mousepads. However, based from my personal experience and also view, the Rantopad H1X is one of the best cloth-based mouse pads I've ever used.
It offers a great texture that responds very well with all gaming mice with a very gently and frictionless surface. Again, Compared with the Goliathus from Razer, Rantopad did really take gaming mouse pads to the next level in my opinion as they improved the surface to be more smooth and sensitive rather than having a cloth-based mousepad that is harsh with the mouse and creates friction thus reducing the smoothness of the mouse glide, which gamers find very attractive to have a glide on their mousepads as it allows for very small and precise movements, thus increase accuracy and efficiency.
One must also note that Rantopad did a really good job on the backside of the pad too. The fabric used on the back side reduces movement of the pad to be very minimal, again optimized for gamers to keep their desired location of the pad in the same location. This feature is very rare to find in the same quality of the Rantopad H1X.
Rantopad really wanted to make the client aka gamer, to feel as if they are being treated with care, and they surely achieved that by offering great dimensions for the pad. With 3 sizes available, to suite every gamers needs. The Small - more attractive for the gamers on the go or in a tight space. The Large- (currently being reviewed) is more attractive for the gamers that takes gaming seriously and wants to compeet with others, it features great dimensions and great quality at a very valuable price. On the other hand there is the Extra Large which is more suitable for casual gamers that want to feel comfortable at home or at their desk to have their entire desk occupied by the pad, but still taking advantage of the great quality of the pad.
Finally, I want to say that Rantopad have really surprised me. The Quality and also the dimensions of the series of mouse pads are really meant to be suitable for gamers. I would like to thank Rantopad for sending me a sample of the Rantopad H1X mousepad for me to review for you guys. Although they have sent this product for review, I still give a fair judgement of the product and although being very impressed by this product I will still rate it at 8/10. Reason being that the outline of the pad is covered therefore when sliding the mouse towards the edge, the cover will stop you before the edge ends, although some might not find it irritating, it still takes away the liberty of the movement. But overall this product is one of my prefered mousepads, eventhough I still use a hard-top mousepad.
